Question 2

Who is Qualify You built for?

Accepted Answer

Qualify You is designed for organizations running expert-led programs, including accelerators and incubators, training providers, universities, workforce-development teams, corporate academies, NGOs, and government-sponsored initiatives. It also supports individuals looking for professional experts, structured mentorship, and expert cohorts.

Question 3

Is Qualify You an LMS?

Accepted Answer

Qualify You is not designed primarily as a traditional course-hosting LMS. Its focus is operating expert-led programs involving participants or ventures, experts and consultants, live delivery, sessions, assignments, supervision, and program-level visibility.

Question 4

What is an Organization Program?

Accepted Answer

An Organization Program is the main operating container used by an organization to run a structured initiative. It connects the program's participants or ventures, experts, delivery activities, sessions, assignments, resources, and supervision in one context.

Question 5

What types of programs can organizations run?

Accepted Answer

Organizations can use Qualify You for mentorship programs, training and upskilling initiatives, entrepreneurship and accelerator programs, graduate and employability programs, workforce-development initiatives, corporate learning programs, and sponsored government or NGO programs.

Question 6

Can one organization run multiple programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An organization can operate multiple programs under one organization workspace, subject to the capacity included in its subscription plan.

Question 7

Is an Organization Program the same as a cohort?

Accepted Answer

No. An Organization Program is the broader program container. A cohort is one possible delivery model inside a program. An Organization Program may include individual mentorship, expert cohorts, ventures, multiple consultants, sessions, assignments, and other delivery activities.

Question 8

What is the difference between an individual-centric and venture-centric program?

Accepted Answer

In an individual-centric program, individual participants are enrolled directly into the program and can receive 1:1 mentorship or participate in expert cohorts. In a venture-centric program, the enrolled unit is a venture or startup. The venture can contain multiple team members and can work with one or more consultants across multiple delivery programs.

Question 9

How are participation units counted?

Accepted Answer

A participation unit is how organization subscription capacity is counted. Individual-centric programs: one enrolled individual equals one unit. Venture-centric programs: one enrolled venture equals one unit, regardless of team size. Team members do not add separate units.

Question 10

Are venture team members counted individually?

Accepted Answer

No. The venture is one participation unit. Founders and team members on the same venture do not each consume an additional unit.

Question 11

Can an organization run both individual and venture programs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The same organization can operate different program models, including individual-centric and venture-centric programs, subject to its subscription capacity.

Question 12

Can organizations use their own experts and consultants?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Organizations can add and manage their own experts, mentors, consultants, and cohort instructors for organization-sponsored programs.

Question 13

Are organization experts part of the public Qualify You marketplace?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. Experts assigned to an organization can operate privately within that organization's programs.

Question 14

How do experts deliver programs?

Accepted Answer

Experts use the Expert Portal to manage the programs assigned to them, interact with participants or ventures, run sessions, work with assignments and resources, and complete relevant delivery activities.

Question 15

Can a venture work with multiple consultants?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Venture-centric programs can support multiple consultants or experts working with the same venture across different delivery needs or programs.

Question 16

Can organizations run both 1:1 mentorship and cohorts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Organization programs can support structured 1:1 mentorship as well as expert-led cohorts depending on the program design.

Question 17

Do participants pay to join organization-sponsored programs?

Accepted Answer

No. Organization-sponsored participants and ventures are enrolled through the organization program and do not checkout in the B2C marketplace for that sponsored delivery. Individuals may still purchase mentorship or cohort programs independently through the Qualify You marketplace when they are not enrolled in an organization-sponsored program.

Question 18

What is Program Intelligence?

Accepted Answer

Program Intelligence gives organization teams visibility into what is happening across program delivery. It can help surface delivery activity, analysis coverage, recurring topics, outcomes, skill gaps, follow-ups, expert coverage, and areas that may need attention.

Question 19

Does Program Intelligence analyze every session automatically?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Completed sessions and analyzed sessions are tracked separately. A session counts as analyzed only after its analysis has been processed. Analysis coverage may therefore be lower than the total number of completed sessions.

Question 20

What can program managers monitor?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the program and available delivery data, managers can monitor areas such as participant or venture coverage, expert assignments, active delivery, completed sessions, analyzed sessions, analysis coverage, topics, outcomes, gaps, and items requiring attention.

Question 21

Can organizations see participant activity outside their programs?

Accepted Answer

No. Organization teams only see information tied to programs they operate, subject to role-based access controls in the organization portal. Unrelated individual marketplace activity or other organizations' data is outside that scope.

Question 22

How much does Qualify You cost for organizations?

Accepted Answer

Qualify You currently offers three production subscription levels: Basic: $99/month Professional: $249/month Enterprise: starting from $599/month A separate Sandbox option is available for evaluation.

Question 23

What is included in Basic?

Accepted Answer

Question 24

What is included in Professional?

Accepted Answer

Professional costs $249/month and supports up to: 25 programs 250 participation units 25 experts or consultants 50 organization members It is designed for growing multi-program teams and adds capabilities including Program Intelligence, analysis coverage, broader operational visibility, and priority support.

Question 25

What is included in Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

Enterprise starts from $599/month for standard published capacity up to: 100 programs 5,000 participation units 100 experts or consultants 500 organization members Those limits reflect typical Enterprise entitlements on the pricing page. Final pricing, capacity, branding, white-label, support, and commercial terms are agreed per deployment and may differ from the starting price.

Question 26

Is white-labeling available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. White-label capabilities are available for Enterprise deployments. The exact configuration depends on the organization's branding and deployment requirements.

Question 27

Can we upgrade as our programs grow?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Organization admins can submit an upgrade request from Subscription settings in the organization portal. Your plan does not change until Qualify You reviews and approves the request, which may include billing and activation steps. For needs beyond available self-serve upgrade options, contact our team.

Question 28

What is the Sandbox plan?

Accepted Answer

Sandbox is an evaluation workspace for exploring Qualify You before a production subscription. Capacity limits: 1 active program 5 participation units 1 expert or consultant 2 organization members Each Sandbox program has a maximum duration of 30 days. That limit applies to the program, not necessarily to how long your organization retains Sandbox workspace access. Sandbox is for evaluation, not ongoing production use.

Question 29

What is the difference between Sandbox and the Early Partner Offer?

Accepted Answer

Sandbox is a limited evaluation workspace with fixed capacity and a 30-day maximum program duration. The Early Partner Program is a separately approved pilot. Eligible organizations may receive 3–6 months of complimentary access with onboarding and support. Duration, entitlements, and usage limits are agreed individually. Neither option grants unrestricted production access automatically for every visitor.
