Our services include skill assessments, personalized roadmaps, expert consultations, and job-matching features. By accessing or using any part of our website, mobile app, or platform services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Our Mission

We exist to bridge the $2.8B ICT skills gap in MENA by aligning academic education with real-world market demands. Our platform provides:

• Personalized roadmaps tailored to each user's role, skills, and career level
• Career-as-a-Document (CAAD) and Expert-as-Agent mentorship features
• Seniority and certification exams to validate professional levels
• Expert-led consultations and mentorship sessions (human + AI)
• Job and internship matchmaking powered by partner integrations
• Progress dashboards, task reminders, and habit-building tools

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.

By registering, you confirm the accuracy of your provided information.

Recruiters and companies may register accounts for talent-matching purposes under B2B agreements.

• Exams Factory: Weekly/monthly exams and seniority-level certification pathways
• Expert Consultations: Scheduled human expert sessions or AI-powered Expert-as-Agent guidance
• Career Qualification Roadmaps: Multi-level milestones with upgrade tracking
• Virtual Interview Simulations: AI-driven mock interviews with real-time feedback
• Job Matching: Recommendations powered by integrated recruitment/job APIs
• Platform Notifications & Task Reminders: To keep candidates on track

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Packages

• Free Plan: Limited access to onboarding assessment, basic insights, and one roadmap version.
• Standard Plan: Full access to assessments, insights, and learning resources.
• Pro Plan: All Standard features + AI agents, expert consultations, certifications, and job-matching.

Payment Methods

• Credit or Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Online Payment Gateways (PayPal, Fawry, etc.)

Payments are due in advance. Promotional or discounted packages may apply depending on duration.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only issued within 7 days of purchase if no exams, consultations, or job-matching services were consumed.
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
• Users may cancel anytime via the platform or support team.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
• Use the platform for personal or company career purposes only.
• Not share your account credentials without authorization.
• Respect intellectual property rights of Qualify You and third-party content providers.
• Refrain from misuse, abuse, or illegal use of the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, including:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone)
• Education, career history, and skill-related data
• Exam results, progress, and usage metrics
• Content submitted (CVs, career goals, notes, etc.)

We implement encryption, anonymization, and restricted access controls. Some data may be shared with trusted third-party services (AI providers, payment gateways, recruitment partners) under confidentiality agreements.

9. AI Agents and Human Experts

Qualify You combines AI agents and human experts to deliver consultations, feedback, and guidance.

AI agents may access CAADs, expert knowledge bases, and prior interactions to simulate expert-like mentorship.

These services are advisory in nature and are not replacements for licensed career counseling.

10. Platform Availability and Changes

We may, without prior notice:

• Modify or discontinue services and features
• Restrict access for misuse, fraud, or technical issues
• Schedule maintenance or upgrades

We will notify users of major updates via email or in-platform announcements when possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including exams, AI models, dashboards, and documentation—is owned by Qualify You or its licensors.

Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify platform content without permission.

By uploading content (CVs, notes, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive license to process it internally for service delivery and improvement.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 12 months.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Termination includes data deletion and access revocation.
• Users may request permanent deletion of their account and data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Amman.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
