By accessing or using any part of our website, platform, mobile app, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

We offer different plans to meet your goals:

• Standard Plan: Access to selected learning resources and assessments, insights and roadmaps
• Pro Plan: Full access to assessments,roadmaps, insights, AI tools, expert calls, and certifications

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer
• Online Gateways (e.g., PayPal, Fawry, etc.)

Payments are due in advance. Discounted packages and promotional pricing may apply based on the plan duration.

6. Refund and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are subject to the Qualify You Refund Policy, available here. In general:

• Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within 7 days of initial purchase, and only if no assessments or sessions have been consumed.
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

7. User Responsibilities

By using Qualify You, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, current information during registration and use
• Respect intellectual property and avoid misuse of platform content
• Not share your account or content with others unless authorized
• Refrain from using the platform for illegal, abusive, or misleading purposes

8. Privacy and Data Use

Qualify You uses both human experts and AI agents to deliver mentorship, exam feedback, and learning guidance. AI agents may analyze historical sessions, expert-provided knowledge bases, and career documents (CAADs) to offer personalized support. You acknowledge that while these agents are highly trained, they do not replace licensed career counselors.

10. Platform Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue services without notice
• Introduce or remove features
• Restrict access due to maintenance, misuse, or technical issues

We aim to maintain platform uptime and will notify users of major updates in advance when possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content—including videos, exams, AI models, UI elements, and documentation—is the exclusive property of Qualify You or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without explicit permission.

By submitting your content (e.g., resumes, notes, career goals), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it internally to personalize your experience or improve our services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Qualify You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or abuse platform features. Termination may result in data loss and service access revocation.

You may request permanent account deletion by contacting our support team.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Amman unless otherwise agreed upon.
