Welcome to Qualify You, a hybrid mentorship marketplace connecting professionals with experts, mentors, and AI Instructors through personalized mentorship programs and related digital services.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qualify You website, platform, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, purchasing a mentorship package, booking a consultation, or using any Qualify You service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Qualify You operates primarily as a hybrid mentorship marketplace. We facilitate discovery, booking, communication, payments, mentorship management, and related platform functionality between Users and independent Experts, and we provide Qualify You-owned AI-powered services including AI Instructors.

Qualify You is not an employer of Experts unless explicitly stated in writing. Experts are independent professionals responsible for the services they provide, subject to Platform policies and applicable law.

Qualify You is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer. The Platform does not guarantee employment, hiring, promotion, salary increases, certification, interview success, acquisition of a particular skill level, business results, or any other professional outcome.

Information, recommendations, assessments, and AI-generated outputs available through the Platform are guidance and educational support only. You remain solely responsible for professional, educational, career, technical, financial, and business decisions you make using the Platform.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining accurate profile information.

You must not share account credentials, impersonate another person, or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Qualify You may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security risks, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Mentorship services are delivered by independent Experts through mentorship packages or consultation offerings described on the Platform.

Scope, session count, duration, deliverables, communication channels, and other terms are defined in the applicable package or checkout description.

Qualify You facilitates scheduling, payment collection, and related platform tools but does not control an Expert's professional judgment, opinions, or advice.

Mentorship is professional guidance and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Qualify You offers specialized AI Instructors and other AI-powered services that may provide personalized roadmaps, interactive sessions, voice interactions where available, assignments, assessments, feedback, progress tracking, and educational or professional guidance.

AI Instructor packages and AI services are generally purchased as applicable packages or services offered through the Platform and are not monthly subscriptions by default unless expressly stated at checkout.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. AI does not replace licensed professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Outputs may vary based on inputs, context, and system limitations. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.

AI-generated assessments and recommendations are advisory and must not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

The Platform enables Users to discover, compare, and purchase services from independent Experts subject to Platform rules and applicable listings.

Experts may determine their availability, expertise areas, and applicable services within Platform guidelines and approval requirements.

Qualify You may review, approve, suspend, or remove Expert profiles and offerings to protect Users and maintain marketplace quality.

A purchase creates access to the specific service or package described at checkout, subject to its stated terms.

Experts are independent contractors or independent professionals, not employees or agents of Qualify You, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Experts are responsible for the quality, legality, and delivery of their services, subject to Platform policies and applicable law.

Qualify You is not responsible for opinions, recommendations, statements, or conduct of Experts except to the extent required by applicable law.

Mentorship packages may include live sessions, asynchronous support, deliverables, messaging access, assignments, or other components as described before purchase.

Session limits, package duration, expiration dates, and usage rules, if any, are shown in the package description or checkout flow.

Unused sessions or package benefits may expire according to the applicable package terms disclosed before purchase.

Session scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show rules may vary by package, Expert, or service type and will be disclosed where applicable before purchase or booking.

Repeated User no-shows or failure to attend scheduled sessions without reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of booked sessions or other restrictions.

Experts are expected to honor confirmed bookings and provide reasonable notice when rescheduling is necessary, subject to Platform policies.

The Platform may provide assessments, assignments, evaluations, resources, and progress tracking as part of mentorship packages, AI Instructor programs, or other Services.

Results and progress indicators are informational and do not guarantee competence, certification, employment, or any other outcome.

You are responsible for completing assignments honestly and in accordance with Platform integrity rules.

Qualify You may issue digital certificates upon successful completion of eligible programs, subject to stated requirements such as attendance, assignments, assessments, or other completion criteria.

Digital certificates represent successful participation or completion within the Platform context and are not equivalent to university degrees, government credentials, or professional licenses unless explicitly stated.

Prices, taxes, currency, and payment methods are shown at checkout or in the applicable service description.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Qualify You does not store full payment card details.

You authorize Qualify You and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for purchases you make through the Platform.

Qualify You may directly sell its own AI-powered services and packages and may also facilitate payments for services provided by independent Experts.

When you purchase services from an independent Expert through the Platform, Qualify You may facilitate payment on the Expert's behalf and deduct Platform Fees, including commissions, service fees, payment processing costs, taxes, or other disclosed charges.

Fee structures may vary by service, region, or transaction type and will be disclosed or made available through Platform pricing, checkout, or expert payout terms as applicable.

Experts receive the applicable net amount after permitted deductions, subject to payment partner rules and Platform policies.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, mentorship package, AI Instructor package, or consultation purchased.

Completed digital services, delivered sessions, consumed package benefits, generated reports, and delivered AI outputs are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Qualify You confirms a Platform error.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions may vary by package and should be reviewed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Services are digital and delivered through the Platform, including dashboards, session links, messaging tools, AI interfaces, and downloadable resources where applicable.

If a technical issue prevents delivery, Qualify You will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the service within a reasonable timeframe.

AI-powered features, including AI Instructors, may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate content.

AI outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment or verified sources.

Qualify You does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Content on the Platform, including Expert guidance and AI outputs, is for professional development and educational support.

Qualify You does not guarantee job placement, promotion, salary increases, certification by third parties, interview success, business results, or acquisition of any specific skill level.

You remain responsible for decisions made based on Platform content or services.

You retain ownership of User Content, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant Qualify You a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use such content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, assessments, AI workflows, content libraries, and documentation, is owned by Qualify You or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law or written authorization.

The Platform may integrate third-party services such as payment processors, cloud infrastructure, communication tools, analytics providers, and AI infrastructure providers.

Qualify You is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, third-party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Qualify You will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore Services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualify You shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, employment outcomes, career decisions, or reliance on Expert or AI guidance.

Qualify You's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qualify You for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qualify You, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or dispute with an Expert, except to the extent caused by Qualify You's gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Qualify You may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, misrepresentation, poor marketplace conduct, or legal compliance reasons.

Experts may be suspended or removed for misconduct, fraud, abuse, poor service quality, or violation of Platform rules.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law or expressly stated in applicable package terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when changes are posted.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

Material changes may be communicated through Platform notices, email, or other reasonable means.
