Welcome to Qualify You, an AI-powered digital platform designed to support career development, skill assessment, personalized learning, interview readiness, and recruitment matching for individuals and companies across MENA, GCC, and Asia.
By creating an account, using our services, or purchasing credit packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Definitions
- Platform: The Qualify You website and portal.
- User: Any person creating an account or using services.
- Credits / Tokens / Quotas: Units purchased to unlock services.
- Services: Assessments, exams, reports, expert consultations, AI insights, recruitment matching, and all digital features offered by Qualify You.
- Expert: A consultant, trainer, or professional providing services through Qualify You.
2. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate personal information.
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
3. Description of Services
Qualify You provides:
- Personalized career assessments
- AI-generated exams & skill analysis
- Career roadmaps & development plans
- CV, ATS, and portfolio enhancement
- Expert consultations
- Virtual interview simulations
- Recruitment matching (local & international)
- Weekly insights & analytics
- Access to training, workshops, and events
All services are delivered digitally through the user's portal.
4. Account Registration & Security
Users are responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- Maintaining accurate profile details
- All actions performed under their account
Qualify You may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
5. The Credit System (Quotas & Tokens)
Qualify You operates on a credit-based usage model.
5.1 Credit Packages
Users may purchase packages such as:
- Free: 1,000 credits
- Starter: 3,000 credits
- Pro: 5,000 credits
- Elite: 10,000 credits
Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated periodically.
5.2 Credit Consumption
Credits are deducted when users perform actions such as:
- AI exams
- Custom exams
- CV/ATS analysis
- Expert consultations
- Virtual interviews
- Weekly insights
- AI chatbot usage
Each service has a predefined credit cost published on the platform.
5.3 Credit Validity
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits are non-refundable except in cases of system error or duplicate charge
- Unused credits do not convert to cash
- Credits remain active until fully consumed
6. Payments & Billing
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Qualify You accepts:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Online card payments through approved payment gateways
6.2 Currency
Payments may be processed in:
- USD
- JOD
- Other regional currencies depending on user location
Bank conversion fees may apply.
6.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (MEPS / Network International).
- Qualify You does not store or access credit card details.
- All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.2+ and SHA-256.
6.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the credits will not be added.
Users must retry the payment with a valid payment method.
7. Delivery Policy (Digital Services)
All services and credits are delivered instantly after successful payment.
- Delivery is performed automatically inside the user's dashboard.
- In case of technical delay, services will be delivered within 15 minutes.
- Users may contact support@qualify-you.com if delivery does not occur.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
8.1 Credit Packages
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical failure
- Bank-side error
8.2 Expert Consultations
Refunds are allowed ONLY if:
- The expert cancels
- The expert does not join
- There is a confirmed technical issue preventing the session
8.3 Digital Services
Because assessments, exams, reports, and other digital outputs are delivered instantly:
These services are not eligible for refunds once used.
8.4 How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
9. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their session before payment.
After payment, services cannot be cancelled due to instant digital delivery.
Expert sessions may be rescheduled at the expert's discretion.
10. No Guarantee Clause
Qualify You provides guidance and tools to improve career readiness, but:
- We do not guarantee job placement
- We do not guarantee performance improvements
- AI-generated assessments and insights are advisory, not absolute
- Users are responsible for their own career outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, AI models, exam generators, graphics, videos, and materials are the intellectual property of Qualify You.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse engineer
- Distribute
- Sell
any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Platform Updates & Changes
Qualify You may:
- Update pricing
- Change credit costs
- Modify features
- Add new services
- Update these Terms
Changes will be posted on the website with the latest update date.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Key points:
- We collect personal, usage, and performance data
- Data is used to personalize your experience
- Payment data is handled securely by the gateway
- We do not sell user data
- You may request account deletion at any time

14. Third-Party Services

Qualify You is not responsible for the availability or performance of external services.
15. Limitation of Liability
Qualify You is not liable for:
- Loss of employment
- Reduced job opportunities
- Financial losses
- Technical issues
- Third-party actions
- User misuse of the platform
Liability is limited to the amount paid during the last 12 months.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes shall be resolved:
- First through direct communication
- If unresolved, through the courts of Amman, Jordan

- Refund Requests: Initial response within 48 hours, resolution within 5-10 business days
- Legal Inquiries: Within 5 business days
21.3 Complaint Procedure
If you have a complaint:

- Include relevant transaction IDs, dates, and any supporting documentation
- We will investigate and respond within the timeframes specified above
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter as outlined in Section 19 (Governing Law)
21.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- We encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably
- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved according to Section 19 (Governing Law)
- You may also contact relevant consumer protection authorities in Jordan if applicable
