Universities & workforce
Universities and workforce organizations are different customer segments, not different technical models. Both run individual-centric Organization Programs with expert-led delivery.
Universities & Graduate Programs
Connect students and graduates with industry mentors through structured employability, technical development, and career preparation programs.
Workforce Development & L&D
Coordinate employee development, reskilling, and expert-led training with measurable delivery progress.
Individual-centric operating model
Organizations, programs, participants, experts, and delivery stay connected from setup through supervision.
Each person participates as an individual. Mentorship and expert cohorts are delivery models under the same Organization Program.
Create Organization Program
Define the development initiative, participation model, dates, and program context.
Enroll Participants
Invite or onboard students, graduates, or employees into the program when they are eligible.
Assign Experts and Deliver Mentorship or Cohorts
Attach mentors or instructors and run structured 1:1 or cohort delivery under the program.
Monitor Progress and Review Results
Supervise sessions, assignments, and delivery progress, and review Program Intelligence where supported.
Industry experts
Use your own mentors and practitioners, or extend delivery with Qualify You experts where your program workflow supports it.
Invite your own instructors, alumni mentors, specialists, and consultants to deliver organization programs.
Organization-private experts do not automatically become public marketplace experts.
Extend your network with relevant marketplace experts where available and supported by the program workflow.
Marketplace experts are not auto-matched or enrolled into your programs. Availability and use depend on your workflow and agreements.
Program Intelligence
